Your access to and use of Wi-Ki-Woo (the “Website”) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.
The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making any decision.
Upon confirmation of your booking, 30% of the total reservation cost will be charged. Cancellations or modifications to the reservation can be made without charge up to 14 days in advance during low season [1 May – 14 June / 15 September – 31 October] and 30 days in advance in high season [15 June – 14 September].
Upon confirmation of your booking with non-refundable rates, the total amount will be charged. Due to the special nature of these bookings, changes or cancellations are not allowed and we will be unable to refund the cost of your reservation.
On the day of arrival, if you have not checked in before 23:00 or contacted reception to inform us of your late arrival, your reservation will be considered cancelled in full. The cancellation costs will be the deposit paid in low season [30%] and the entire cost of the reservation will be charged in high season.
In the case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire stay as a cancellation cost.
Please advise us well in advance of any changes or amendments to your reservation.
If you wish to extend your check out time, an additional fee of €50 will be charged for extensions up until 16:00. Any time after this, a full night’s stay will be charged. The request is subject to availability.
If you choose this standard rate, we will charge 50% of the total amount to confirm the reservation.
29 days prior to arrival we´ll charge the outstanding balance. City tax is payable on arrival.
If you cancel 30 days prior your arrival date, no penalties will be charged.
If you cancel 30 days, or less, before your arrival date, the total amount will be invoiced as a penalty.
If you don’t arrive for your booking with no prior notice: the total amount will be charged.
If you check out early, the total amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty.
If the credit card holder is not travelling, please contact us as soon as possible.
Important notice: if you are not the cardholder, we require an authorisation form signed to allow your payment. You have to provide this card at the reception on the check in date
This is a partially refundable rate. 50% of the total amount deposit is required at confirmation time. This payment is NON refundable.

**Covid-19 restrictions: If finally, you cannot travel due to Covid19 restrictions (force Majeure), we´ll create a voucher (for the paid amount) to use in a future stay with us, so you won’t lose your paid amount.**

COVID-19
If you cannot travel due to COVID-19 restrictions – Force Majeure – we will create a voucher for the paid amount to use in a future stay with us.
To redeem any of our 2020 Black Friday offers, you must book the minimum nights stated in the offer and the discount will only be applied to those nights – three or four depending on the code used.
You are entitled to complimentary breakfast for the minimum number of days that co-ordinate with your booking and that includes a set, continental breakfast and cannot be exchanged. If you would like additional breakfast options you will be charged separately.
The 2020 Black Friday offer(s) must be redeemed before 23.59 CEST on 30.11.20.
The terms of Wi-Ki-Woo’s Christmas 2020 competition, hosted on our official Instagram account, are as follows:
1. We will either select a winner who was tagged, or an entrant who nominated somebody (for the prize to be shared by both), or both.
2. Competition ends 23.59 CEST on 24.12.20
3. Flights, food and beverages not included, prize cannot be exchanged
4. Valid mid-week only in August 2021
5. The winner will be announced within 48 hours via Insta Story and must reply within 48 hours to claim the prize or we reserve the right to select a new winner
This offer is applicable to medics and teachers worldwide on any bill at Wi-Ki-Woo.
To claim the offer on a hotel stay, the deposit must be paid in full and the discount will be taken off the total after presenting valid medical or institutional ID on arrival.
Wi-Ki-Woo reserves the right to change or remove – temporarily or permanently – the Website or any part of it without notice. You confirm that Wi-Ki-Woo shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
The Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
To the extent permitted by law, Wi-Ki-Woo will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.
Wi-Ki-Woo makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of Wi-Ki-Woo for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of Wi-Ki-Woo or that of its employees or agents.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
